The Pasta Sprint is the ideal machine to obtain rectangular dough that is ideal

for trays with a maximum size of 40cm x 60cm. Ideal to produce “Sfoglia” (sheet) pasta or “Roman” tray style pizza. The width of the dough sheet is adjustable via an integrated slider.

Top and bottom rollers are adjustable to obtain a perfect and uniform product.

The Pasta Sprint is supplied with a support to place a tray underneath. The machine is totally safe with transparent cover, dough funnel with micro-switch and emergency stop button.
