At 15,500 RPM, this is the fastest juice extractor on the world market. The Iota will process 150kg of fruit or vegetables per hour, with a typical yield of 60–75% (depending on produce used). More than many juice extractors twice the size! It will extract juice from pulp completely and very efficiently. The circular feed chamber is central over the blade, which means there is no uneven pressure on the heavy-duty 400watt motor bearings, giving a longer and maintenance-free life. The blade is fixed to the robust stainless steel strainer basket by means of a central screw, which is also a knife that pre-cuts the produce being juiced. The food pusher has a cutting disc on the bottom, which holds fruit in place and stops produce from slipping.
